Fire Safety Value

Industrial Facilities present a unique set of Fire Safety risks depending upon their purpose and the type of materials stored. Lote provides a tailored approach for each facility which considers the processing functions being undertaken, the intended operational modes and the type of materials being processed or stored.

Risk Profile

Industrial developments have numerous factors on-site which generate risk and necessitate robust security – such as expensive equipment and dangerous chemicals. Safeguarding the developments from unauthorised access or tampering can be the difference between life and death in the wrong situation, so a reliable security design is critical.

Our Fire Experience

Lote has provided both building compliance and design input across a number of industrial projects. With a holistic approach in mind we are able to provide a unique insight in the fire safety aspects of such premises using a combination of dangerous goods assessments and fire safety audits. In addition to standard reporting, Lote develops fire safety strategies which ensure the specialised risks are met with equally specialised safety responses.

Our Security Experience

Lote has provided design input across a variety of industrial projects, and we plan specifically for the needs of each individual site. With a focus on risk-managed life and property security, our designs allow operators to confidently conduct business during work hours and secure their sites overnight without fear of access, tampering or theft.
